PAYMENT

Currently all online orders are paid for via PayPal. An invoice will be sent to your email address.  After payment, orders will be shipped after arranging a ship date.  Orders are shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday; to avoid potential weekend delays.  After shipped, I will message tracking information.

SHIPPING

All orders must be shipped overnight.  No exceptions.

All orders are shipped in an insulated box, with packing materials and cold pack (if necessary). No shipping to destinations with temperatures below 35F or above 95F.

I guarantee live arrival with this policy.  You must be present to accept the first delivery attempt, or this is all void. Message me with photograph if DOA within one hour of accepting and I will replace (if possible) or refund minus shipping costs. I am not responsible for shipment delays. No refunds on shipping.  I reserve the right to delay shipping due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
